Please read the Operations Manual for the apartment.  It includes all the information that you will need to know once you open the door.   Don't worry about printing this out.  A copy will be sitting on the table when you get there, and will, of course, be available online.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 story apartment building.  The apartment is at the very top of the hill on the east side looking out towards the bay.  You can get to it by walking down the long path from the parking lot or up the hill from the circle.  Chambre 1 is the guest room.  Chambre 2 is the master.   Floor Plan.pdf

Some additional notes:

bullet

Pour the liquid from the humidity boxes into the toilet.  It is critical that the humidity boxes be "reloaded" prior to the apartment being closed.  We don't want mold problems.

bullet

There is a box of tools under the bed with an assortment of small tools.

bullet

The small door in the shower room hides an assortment of good stuff including the hoses for the (very loud but functional) vacuum.

bullet

Guests are requested to take the watering can, fill it up with water in the shower, and water the plants on the patio.

bullet

The switch above the stove controls the fan in the toilet room.  High and low is obvious.  You can turn it off by balancing it in the middle.

bullet

The night before your departure, turn the fuse off to the refrigerator and prop the door open so that it can defrost.

Important Places:

bullet

Post Office:  across from the petanque courts downtown.

bullet

Hospital:  if you have any serious medical issues, I would get in the car and drive to the hospital (Pole de Sante du Golfe de Saint Tropez (Gassin)) located on the D559 on the left about 2/3rds of the way to the St. Tropez circle.  It is at the circle with a grade school & track (with stop light) on your right.  It has an emergency room.

bullet

If there is a fire, there are fire extinguishers located at the north and south end of the building.
